Our Costs are Transparent
We do not charge a fee for our advice as we will receive commission from the mortgage lender and/or the insurance provider. However we do offer a fee based option of 1.5% of the loan amount for mortgage advice.
When we make a mortgage application for you we will always show you the commission levels that we receive so that you can be confident that it is finding the right mortgage for you that has driven our recommendation.
